Senior Director, Membership Development

Location: Remote

The i4cp Senior Director, Member Development is responsible for attracting new member organizations, typically Fortune 1000, to join the i4cp member network. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of overachievement in selling HR-based solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations and C-level executives. This individual will be comfortable interacting with CHROs and senior level HR buyer, and will be results-oriented, input-focused, entrepreneurial, and a team player.

  • Geographic territory management
  • Discover needs, architect and offer solutions that are in alignment with prospect’s business objectives
  • Create and manage sales opportunities with top prospects in territory
  • Exceed new business quarterly sales objectives ($500K quarterly)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of Fortune 1000 opportunities that support achievement of quota
  • Submit accurate new business forecasting on a weekly basis
  • Lead insightful conversations about salient business and human capital issues across all industries and particularly how i4cp’s High Performance Organization and Next Practice research supports and increases organizational effectiveness
  • Plan and execute annual territory strategy with supporting account and opportunity plans
  • Manage post sale strategic account relationships to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Enter and maintain data accurately through salesforce.com CRM
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of i4cp’s complete value proposition across all services and solutions
  • Become an expert in i4cp research and offerings and serve as a go-to source for members and prospects who want more information concerning our solutions
  • Observe, understand and communicate current business and human capital management trends

  • 5+ years of proven Fortune 1000 new business sales success (exceeding a $1.5M quota)
  • Proven ability to initiate and develop conversations/relationships with C-level Human Resources executives of major corporations
  • Demonstrated success selling human resources solutions
  • Compelling written and persuasive oral communication skills
  • Track record of success in executing complex sales cycles

Senior Consultant – Advisory Services

Location: Remote

As Senior Consultant – Advisory Services, you will lead Culture Renovation© engagements for our clients. In this role you will leverage i4cp’s research and your deep expertise in culture and business transformation to create high performance cultures. In addition to leading client work you will play a critical role in building the Advisory practice at i4cp by selling new engagements and expanding existing relationships.

  • Work with C-suite leaders at Fortune 500/Global 1000 organizations to create high performance cultures.
  • Lead cross-functional Culture Renovation© teams across multiple engagements.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor for i4cp’s culture research to i4cp clients and prospects.
  • Align Culture Renovation© projects with key business outcomes and build compelling value propositions.
  • Develop new methodologies and solutions based on i4cp research to address evolving client needs.
  • Design and facilitate workshops with senior leaders that generate insights and deliver impact.
  • Directly contribute to the growth of Advisory Services by selling, leading, and expanding engagements of more than $250K.
  • Collaborate across the i4cp organization to ensure alignment between Advisory Services and other functions.

  • Client Focused – Listen, understand, anticipate, and deliver on client needs
  • Clear – Explain complex concepts simply in both verbal and written form with conciseness and credibility.
  • Trusted Advisor – Provide expert guidance and strategic insights to our clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability.
  • Engagement Leader – Lead diverse teams to deliver complex projects ensuring client satisfaction and successful completion within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Insight Driven – Ability to facilitate insights and action for our clients from internal and external data sources.
  • Deep subject matter expertise (7+ years) in Culture, Organizational Development, Human Resources and/or Learning and Development.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, experience of working in diverse, multi-cultural contexts and mastery of working virtually.
  • Deep analytical skills – turning data and insights into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent client relationship management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in large scale organizational transformation projects.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
