   Role

The i4cp Senior Director, Member Development is responsible for attracting new member organizations, typically Fortune 1000, to join the i4cp member network. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of overachievement in selling HR-based solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations and C-level executives. This individual will be comfortable interacting with CHROs and senior level HR buyer, and will be results-oriented, input-focused, entrepreneurial, and a team player.

  • Geographic territory management
  • Discover needs, architect and offer solutions that are in alignment with prospect’s business objectives
  • Create and manage sales opportunities with top prospects in territory

As Senior Consultant – Advisory Services, you will lead Culture Renovation© engagements for our clients. Role

As a Membership Director you will lead the solution delivery for a portfolio of member organizations supporting their human capital initiatives. The Membership Director’s responsibilities focus on retention and expansion of our relationships and revenue by working with assigned members and their Senior HR Executives. The Membership Director is also expected to represent the member voice within i4cp. This position reports to the VP of Member Services, Mark Walker.

  1. Land & Expand: Member Retention & Expansion
    • Determine success criteria with members that align our solutions with their needs.
    • Regularly evaluate the membership health and lead actions to address risk, as well as expand our connections & annual revenue.
  2. Member Driven: Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with multiple HR Leadership Team Members in each assigned enterprise member.
    • Identify key influencers to help drive engagement.
    • Curate relevant connections from member’s business to i4cp’s resources.
  3. Transparent & Inclusive: Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Engage various departments or expertise areas to support member needs.
    • Share key details of member organizations' top initiatives and strategic questions to influence research & tool development.
    • Surface and share member feedback to ensure continuous improvement of i4cp solutions.

  • Develop an overall understanding of assigned members and build relationships with HRLT and CoE Leaders.
  • Develop annual strategic plans for each member with corresponding tactics.
  • Achieve 85%+ renewal of member portfolio and actively increase membership value and revenue for i4cp.
  • Provide strategic counsel to each member’s HR Leadership Team on a regular basis.
  • Develop and deliver on Member Action Plans that align with assigned Member’s top initiatives.
  • Manage account renewal process, to include accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with field sales on new account transitions.
  • Provide value-added services and upsells for assessments, workshops, boards, and special projects.
  • Initiate and provide management in the development of key processes to support scaling and best practices within account management.
Qualifications:

Key Competencies (the ideal candidate will have all of the following skills and experience):

  • 8+ years human capital experience working as a practitioner/consultant along with an interest in human resource research and emerging practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Executives.
  • Excellent communicator verbally and in written formats; well-developed presentation skills.
  • Proven organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Capable of managing member activity, communications, and upsell opportunities in a structured and documented fashion.
  • Working knowledge of applications like Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (i.e. Salesforce.com).
