Lisa Bryant
As Chief Human Resources Officer for Dow, Lisa Bryant is responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and practices to support the company's global workforce, which includes talent, recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee experience. i4cp's CHRO of the Year Award recognizes Bryant's extensive record of stellar HR leadership and strategic management.
Lisa Ashworth
Lisa Ashworth serves as the Senior Director, FLNA HR at PepsiCo. This award recognizes Ashworth's generous contributions to i4cp's Talent Acquisition Board (a working group exclusive to heads of talent acquisition at large organizations). Her willingness to lend insights, actively participate in meetings, and assist peers are among the key reasons she was selected.
Peter Cappelli
Renowned HR thought leader, professor, and researcher Peter Cappelli has been recognized with i4cp’s Industry Legend Award for his decades of groundbreaking work in workforce strategy, talent management, and HR innovation. As George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources, Cappelli has influenced executives, researchers, and HR professionals globally with his research and thought leadership. He joins past i4cp Industry Legend Award recipients including Gary Hamel, Marshall Goldsmith, and Beverly Kaye.
