i4cp’s People Analytics board has a unique value proposition unlike any other similar executive community of practice focused on HR analytics.
Members had a robust discussion about the goals of the board and the development of an analytics maturity model diagnostic that would help members benchmark their current status, set a course for development, understand the impact that each phase should provide to the organization, identify the gaps to progress, and dependencies (what is needed from other functions to progress). This was followed by a brief workshop on trust in people analytics and the pivotal role the function plays as truth teller to enable people decisions that enhance organizational trust.
