Common Registration Questions
What's included in the conference rate?
In-person attendees will have access to all general sessions and evening events. Breakfasts and lunches will be provided during general session. Hotel fees are not included.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the conference, you're entitled to a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after December 31, 2025, for the in-person event will not be refunded, as we'll have solidified our commitment to the hotel by this date. You are always welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague. You can also convert an in-person pass into three virtual passes.
