i4cp Talent Acquisition Board In-Person Meeting in Scottsdale, AZ - Navigating the TA landscape: Insights and Innovations

While many of us are taking the opportunity to go back to the basics in how we approach and refine our talent acquisition teams after four tumultuous years, we also need to prepare for what the future brings, or be left behind. At our March in-person meeting, we held in-depth discussions on the current Talent Acquisition landscape. More importantly, we focused on how we future-proof our organizations and take advantage of innovations such as Gen AI, new ways of working, broader global reach and navigating an uncertain global economy.

We were excited to welcome Carmen Hudson, an experienced TA leader and leading consultant on all things TA and Sourcing, as well as Ofori Agboka, VP of People Experience and Technology, Global Operations at Amazon who discussed topics including the use of technology to drive employee and candidate experience.
