i4cp Total Rewards Leader Board In-Person Meeting @ Target in Minneapolis, MN

We were hosted by Courtney Richardson in Minneapolis, MN at Target for our fall in-person meeting. The theme of the meeting was Compensation and Benefits Strategies for Evolving Organizations and we crafted an outstanding agenda.  Our meeting was packed with insightful discussions and exclusive opportunities. We explored key topics such as quality-based copays in healthcare, an amplification and engagement strategy, and a recognition program at Delta. Additionally, we dove into company priorities and examine the evolving role of the CHRO with cutting-edge research. We enjoyed a guided tour of the Test Kitchen and Hub Store, followed by a networking Board dinner. We wrapped up the second day with an in-depth discussion on career objectives and total rewards communications.
