Incorporating AI into Total Rewards

The focus of our February virtual meeting was AI in the workplace. The session started start with a round-robin session hearing about your top 2025 priorities, any anticipated disruptions to your 2025 goals, and TR relevant takeaways from i4cp’s Priorities & Predictions report. We then shifted our focus to incorporating AI into the TR function, including a summary of the recent i4cp research study on workforce readiness in the era of AI, the implications for Total Rewards, and a roundtable discussion with the full Board.
