We’ve spent the last year training Nova on the practices of high-performance organizations. Nova has a singular purpose: to enable human capital practitioners to get the most pertinent information needed through direct access to i4cp’s extensive database of research and resources.

Nova is nearly ready and producing great, actionable results, but we're looking for members who are willing to try it out and give us their feedback. Early access participants will be asked to try out prompts, evaluate answers, and rate the overall user interface. You may also be invited to join an optional focus group call in the January time frame.

Yes, Nova will be highly integrated in the i4cp member experience, and will be exclusively available to those with i4cp enterprise membership access.

What features will Nova have?

We'll announce those soon. Needless to say, Nova will provide high quality answers to pressing HR questions, informed by our research into the practices of high-performance organizations and recommendations shared via our community.

Will Nova be easy to use?

Yes, you don't need to be an AI expert to use Nova (though understanding how to prompt AI is certainly helpful).

What does early-access participation involve?

With early-access to Nova's beta release, you'll have full access to the tool's functionality. In exchange, you will be encouraged to rate the quality of the responses you receive, and will be asked to fill out a short feedback survey to help give us guidance for any changes we may want to make. You may also be invited to join an optional focus group call in the January time frame.
