April Macnab Lough

April Lough is Chief of Staff to the CEO and a member of the leadership team at i4cp. In this role, she serves as a strategic connector and integrator, working across executives to align priorities, create clarity, and strengthen decision-making. April oversees internal culture initiatives—including employee listening, development programs, and i4cp’s own culture renovation efforts—and guides strategic priorities, operating rhythms, and process improvements. She also manages key organizational procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure the business runs effectively at scale. Prior to joining i4cp, April spent 14 years at Willis Towers Watson in Organizational Effectiveness, Marketing, Retirement, Investments, and Group & Health Care. April attended Oregon State University and lives in Portland, Oregon, where she enjoys the outdoors with her family.
