April Lough is the Chief of Staff to the CEO. April’s role is to function as a liaison and connector for the leadership team. She oversees internal culture initiatives and provides guidance on strategic priorities and process improvements. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating organizational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity. She and Kevin Oakes currently serve as advisory members of the Schlumberger (now branded SLB) Culture Committee.
Previously, April served as People & Culture Insights Project Manager at i4cp. She was responsible for full cycle project management, data analytics and strategic advisory services for all non-research surveys and assessments. April has been heavily involved in Culture Renovation work at i4cp including supporting several organizations as they embarked on their own Culture Renovation journeys.
Prior to joining i4cp, April worked for 14 years at Willis Towers Watson in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Marketing, Retirement, Investments and Group & Health Care.
April attended Oregon State University and lives in beautiful Portland, Oregon where she enjoys the outdoors with her family.
