Madeline Borkin is the Vice President of Membership Development at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), where she has helped spearhead the company’s double-digit growth over the last several years. She leads a team focused on global sales and expanding i4cp’s enterprise member network. Responsibilities include driving sales strategy, market development, and supporting partnerships and alliances.
With more than 25 years in the human capital management industry, Madeline’s career includes sales, marketing, client engagement and project management expertise. She has a broad background in human resources – including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee assessments and surveys, and diversity and inclusion.
In addition, Madeline serves as the Executive Sponsor of the i4cp Chief Diversity Officer Board. She is a passionate advocate for disability rights, employment equity, and workforce equality. She dedicates much of her time as a community volunteer and speaker for i4cp member companies and non-profit organizations such as Best Buddies International, Junior Achievement, Youth Frontiers, and Partners in Policymaking.
Madeline received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She is a native of Chicago and resides in Cedarburg, Wisconsin with her husband, Scott and son, Jacob.
