Alaska Airlines also honored with i4cp’s New Member of the Year Award

Seattle, WA – The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) presented Ecolab with the i4cp Member of the Year award today at the i4cp 2020 Next Practices Now Virtual Conference.

The award is presented annually to a company within i4cp’s network of member organizations that has demonstrated outstanding innovations and achievement in workforce productivity.

Ecolab is the global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Ecolab has significantly increased its production of hand sanitizers to include manufacturing the World Health Organization’s (WHO) hand sanitizer formula. Additionally, it has donated over $5 million to help those in need.

An i4cp member since 2017, Ecolab’s leaders have played a prominent role in supporting the member community. Vice president of talent & OD Anne Gotte, who accepted the award during the i4cp 2020 Next Practices Now Virtual Conference, is actively involved in both i4cp’s Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board and Member Advisory Board. CHRO Laurie Marsh sits on i4cp’s Chief HR Officer Board, and other Ecolab professionals have collegially shared their knowledge to help other i4cp members throughout the year—this collaboration is a major tenet of i4cp’s mission.

Since joining membership, Ecolab has seen its share price double. Just this year, the company was named to both the Working Mother 100 Best Companies and Working Dads 100 Best Companies lists. Additionally, it ranked 39th on the 2020 Top Companies for Diversity by DiversityInc.

New Member of the Year

Alaska Airlines was announced as the recipient of i4cp’s New Member of the Year Award, for its dedication to membership even amidst massive industry turmoil.

Alaska Airlines professionals have actively supported i4cp’s collaborative membership community, sharing insights and knowledge with peers on topics such as organizational culture, talent acquisition, people analytics, leadership development, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, all of which remain focal points for the organization as it balances immediate challenges with long-term planning.

More awards will be handed out throughout the week – please follow i4cp on Twitter (@i4cp) or LinkedIn for real-time updates.
