2025 Member Award Winners

Peter Cappelli – Industry Legend Award

Renowned HR thought leader, professor, and researcher Peter Cappelli has been recognized with i4cp’s Industry Legend Award for his decades of groundbreaking work in workforce strategy, talent management, and HR innovation.

As George W. Taylor Professor of Management at The Wharton School and Director of Wharton’s Center for Human Resources, Cappelli has influenced executives, researchers, and HR professionals globally with his research and thought leadership. He joins past i4cp Industry Legend Award recipients including Gary Hamel, Marshall Goldsmith, and Beverly Kaye.

Lisa Bryant – CHRO of the Year

As Chief Human Resources Officer at Dow, Lisa Bryant has been honored as i4cp’s CHRO of the Year, recognizing her leadership in workforce transformation, employee experience, and HR strategy. Bryant has played a pivotal role in aligning Dow’s people strategy with business goals, fostering an inclusive and high-performing workforce.

Lisa Ashworth – Board Member of the Year

This award recognizes Lisa Ashworth for her exceptional leadership and contributions to i4cp’s Talent Acquisition Board. Ashworth has been instrumental in fostering peer knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and engagement, strengthening the HR community through her generous insights and participation.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise – Member of the Year

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has been recognized as i4cp’s 2025 Member of the Year for its strong engagement in i4cp research, peer networks, and workforce innovation. HPE has leveraged i4cp’s insights to enhance its HR strategies and has played a key role in performance management innovation and talent development.

Manulife Financial – High-Performing Member of the Year

With an impressive 52.6% five-year growth rate, Manulife Financial has been honored as High-Performing Member of the Year. The company’s strategic workforce initiatives, engagement in i4cp’s boards, and commitment to continuous HR innovation have set a benchmark for high-performance in talent and organizational leadership.

Symetra – Community Member of the Year

Symetra has been recognized as Community Member of the Year for its outstanding contributions to i4cp’s peer networks and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
