Distinguished Member Awards are Presented at Leading Annual Human Capital Conference
Seattle, WA – March 30, 2023: The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) recognized five companies for outstanding achievements in peer leadership, culture, workforce productivity, and overall performance in advancing the field of human resources. A global human capital research firm noted for discovering talent practices that distinguish high-performance organizations, i4cp presented awards to the honorees during its 2023 Next Practices Now Conference in Scottsdale, AZ, March 27th – 30th.
Citi - Member of the Year
i4cp presented its Member of the Year Award to Citi for dedication to i4cp membership and for the firm’s leading utilization of i4cp research resources in 2022. Citi executives actively supported i4cp’s collaborative membership communities, sharing insights and knowledge with peers on the Chief Learning and Talent Officer Board and co-leading a private working group focused on executive development, in addition to participating in i4cp benchmarking research. Those activities provide insights to the i4cp community of HR practitioners and to the team at Citi as it continues to fulfill its mission of responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.
F5 - Culture Renovation® Award
To renovate organizational culture at F5, the company began by enlisting focus groups to identify necessary changes and key cultural aspects to preserve. Once desired behaviors were identified and integrated into HR processes and programs, leaders at the firm were encouraged to live and promote them. The HR team at F5 also created LeadF5 principles to guide the leaders and a playbook to support them through critical moments—a resource subsequently embedded into coaching, development, hiring, and succession planning. To monitor progress and to ensure transparency with employees, key performance indicators (KPIs) were established. The team also chose to take a stand on racial injustice, and earned high favorability scores with a human-first approach to COVID-19. The i4cp 2023 Culture Renovation® Award recognizes F5 for sustaining and advancing a healthy and thriving culture.
Target - Exchange Member of the Year
Target has been named the 2023 recipient of i4cp’s Exchange Member of the Year Award. The honor recognizes exemplary peer leadership, dedication to the advancement of the field of human resources, and active engagement within the i4cp member community. Target is a dedicated participant in i4cp’s Exchanges, which are peer-driven, community-focused working groups organized around core talent-related topics.
U.S. Bancorp - New Member of the Year
U.S. Bancorp received the i4cp New Member of the Year Award for utilization of and contributions to i4cp’s peer networks, commitments to high-performance people practices, and active participation in i4cp events.
