Distinguished Member Awards are Presented at Leading Annual Human Capital Conference

Scottsdale, AZ – March 27, 2024: The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) presented thought leader Dave Ulrich, Jennifer Weber (CHRO, ADM), Cameron Hedrick (CLO, Citi), and organizations - Target, Google, Deere & Company, E.W. Scripps, and Pax8 with awards for contributions to the advancement of the field of human resources.

As a global human capital research firm noted for discovering the talent practices that distinguish high-performance organizations, i4cp recognized these individuals and organizations at the i4cp 2024 Next Practices Now Conference in Scottsdale, AZ.

Dave Ulrich – Industry Legend Award

Renowned management expert, best-selling author and professor Dave Ulrich was recognized for his decades of innovative work in human resources and leadership.

Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a partner at the RBL Group. He’s been called the “father of modern HR,” “HR thought leader of the decade,” and was a stand-out choice following his i4cp presentation on creating stakeholder value through human capability.  

Ulrich joins past recipients of this esteemed award, Gary Hamel, Marshall Goldsmith and Beverly Kaye.

Cameron Hedrick, Citi - Board Member of the Year

Cameron Hedrick serves as the Head of Learning & Culture for Citi. His current responsibilities include enterprise learning programming and technology, culture philosophy, programming, and measurement. Cameron also sits on Citi’s HR Operating Committee.

This award recognizes Hedrick’s generous contributions to i4cp’s Chief Learning and Talent Officer Board (a working group exclusive to heads of talent and learning at large organizations). His willingness to lend insights, actively participate in meetings, and assist his peers are among the key reasons he was selected.

Jennifer Weber, ADM - CHRO of the Year

As Chief People Officer at ADM, one of the world’s largest nutrition companies, Jennifer Weber oversees all HR functions for the company’s global workforce of more than 38,000, including the company’s activities to support diversity and inclusion. i4cp’s CHRO of the Year Award recognizes Weber’s extensive record of stellar HR leadership and strategic management.

Target - Member of the Year

i4cp recognizes Target as Member of the Year Award for its dedication to membership and leading utilization of i4cp research resources in 2023. Target, with over 350 employees engaged in i4cp's communities, is a contributor of next practice case studies, and has executive representation on i4cp’s Chief Diversity Officer Board and Total Rewards Leader Board.

Google - High-Performance Award

Google was recognized with i4cp’s High-Performance Award in recognition of its outstanding achievements. i4cp looks at variables including market share, revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As a reflection of its high-performance, Google has seen its share price grow by over 150% in recent years.  

Deere & Company - New Member of the Year

Deere & Company is the recipient of i4cp’s New Member of the Year Award, thanks to the company’s utilization of and contributions to i4cp’s peer networks. The employees of Deere & Company have utilized i4cp’s research, tools, data, and insights to better anticipate, adapt, and act in a constantly changing business environment. Leaders at Deere & Company actively participate in i4cp’s community groups, including the Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board, and the company has served as host for regional CHRO meetings.

E.W. Scripps - Community Member of the Year

This award recognizes exemplary peer leadership and dedication to the advancement of HR and active engagement within the i4cp member community. E.W. Scripps is a consistent contributor to i4cp’s Exchanges, member-led working groups organized around core talent-related topics, and the Expert Network, an online crowdsourcing platform for members.

Pax8 - Culture Renovation® Award

Pax8 was recognized with i4cp’s Culture Renovation® Award.
