Inc. 5000 Features i4cp on List of Fastest-Growing Companies
This marks the 7th year the human capital leader has been recognized for its rapid growth
Seattle, WA. (August 15, 2023) — Inc. Magazine recognized the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), a global human capital research firm, for inclusion on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. The annual distinction marks i4cp’s seventh appearance on the list.
The prestigious Inc. 5000 rankings provide a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s top dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Among this year’s top 500 companies, the average median three-year revenue growth rate ticked up to an astonishing 2,238%. In all, this year’s Inc. 5000 companies have added 1,187,266 jobs to the economy over the past three years.
“We are once again incredibly honored to be represented as one of Inc.’s fastest growing companies in the U.S.,” said Kevin Oakes, i4cp CEO. “The human capital profession has been undergoing a renaissance, and today top companies understand how critical the HR function is to long-term market performance and cultural health. Our community of human resources leaders and practitioners represent many of the largest and most respected firms in the world. Their expertise, along with our research into the next practices of high-performance organizations, fuels our work to help industry-leading companies worldwide turn those practices into reality.”
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, i4cp has doubled its community of enterprise members, made up of mostly large, globally recognized companies. Leveraging i4cp’s next practice research and data-driven insights, members connect with each other every day to discuss, debate, and share ideas on practical strategies to overcome challenges and make better human capital investments.
Organizations that have joined i4cp membership recently include Kohler, Yum! Brands, John Deere, Krispy Kreme, Giant Eagle, Lucid Motors, Hormel, Haleon, and many more.
As the leading authority on next practices in human capital (strategies strongly correlated to better market performance but not yet widely adopted), i4cp is at the forefront of many organizations’ efforts to improve workforce productivity, renovate corporate culture, accommodate employee flexibility as part of return-to-office efforts, and take advantage of the emergence of generative AI.
