The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2017, Madeline Borkin has been promoted to the role of Vice President of Sales.

Ms. Borkin has served as a Director of New Member Development for the last five years at i4cp, and has focused on adding enterprise members to the i4cp network along with sales of other i4cp offerings such as membership to i4cp’s research working groups, benchmarking surveys, and human capital executive search. In her new role, she will oversee and add to the i4cp’s sales team to continue i4cp’s growth.

“Madeline has been one of i4cp’s greatest ambassadors,” said Kevin Oakes, CEO of i4cp. “Over the last five-plus years she has diligently worked to bring in new member organizations to our network, and has been responsible for some of the company’s biggest successes. I’m excited to work with Madeline to continue to bring our research on the people practices of high-performance organizations to the market, and to continue to support i4cp’s record growth through our focus on the next practices in human capital.”
