Seven Organizations Named Semi-Finalists for i4cp’s Next Practice Awards
These forward-looking employers have been selected to compete for awards that recognize cutting-edge people practices.
The semi-finalists have been announced for i4cp's 2018 Next Practice Awards. These annual awards recognize and celebrate leading-edge people practices and the organizations that are implementing them to positively impact their bottom-lines. The winners, who will be announced in early March, will discuss their work onstage at the i4cp 2018 Conference: Next Practices Now , March 26 – 29, 2018, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The discovery of next practices—human capital tactics and/or strategies that few companies are employing but that are highly correlated with market performance—is one of the Institute for Corporate Productivity’s (i4cp) primary focuses. To that end, i4cp turned to its network of member organizations to uncover world class examples of next practices in action. The Next Practice Awards showcase the design, implementation, and measurement of innovative people practices that effectively address current business challenges.
The seven semi-finalists are:
- BAE Systems
- Booz Allen Hamilton
- Land O’Lakes
- Shell Global
- T-Mobile
- TIAA
- Toyota Financial Services
Each of the finalists’ submissions, which vary from achievements in agile decision making to leadership development, will be featured on the i4cp website starting later this month.
The i4cp 2018 Conference: Next Practices Now, a vendor-free event for senior HR, learning, and talent leaders, is devoted to both looking ahead to what the future brings and focusing on the people practices that drive market performance now.
It's not too late to sign up for the conference and connect directly with the Next Practice Awards semi-finalists and other HR leaders— view the agenda and sign up now .
