Corporate Culture Issues in a Down Economy Podcast

Due to the holidays and a variety of other pressing issues that always seem to hit organizations in December, it's been a few weeks since the last TrendWatcher podcast. Thankfully, Peter Clayton over at Total Picture Radio got things back on track last week with a new podcast on why companies shouldn't ignore corporate culture issues in a down economy. In the podcast, Peter interviews Mark Vickers, i4cp's Vice President of Research, on a recent study commissioned by the American Management Association (AMA).

The primary takeaway from that study: organizations with positive corporate cultures are more likely to have greater success in the marketplace than other companies.

Listen to Mark discuss other results from the corporate culture study and discover why it's important to keep culture issues on the mind when planning layoffs and cutbacks.
