Senior leaders and representatives from our member companies are gathering this week in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Florida to network, learn and explore around a variety of human capital topics, ranging from diversity initiatives to HR strategies and economic impact.

We’re already anticipating a successful and productive conference, with more than double the attendance from last year. Due to the pristine setting, networking opportunities and our excellent selection of speakers – ranging from Libby Sartain, formerly of Yahoo! to Elliott Masie, founder and president of The Masie Center – we’ve had an overwhelmingly enthusiastic response from our member companies, despite economic restrictions on travel.

We’ll be blogging about the presentation throughout the event, and while many of those posts will be available to members only, several will be available here for non-members.

I, for one, am also looking forward to temperatures that are a solid 25 degrees warmer than those currently found in Seattle.
