Strategic Planning Workshop Coming to Chicago

Workforce planning. It seems like an afterthought in today’s economy. Over the last six months, companies have been laying off employees, cutting budgets and trying to figure out how to survive in the here and now. Planning for the future often takes a backseat if you’re facing a crisis today.

But high-performing companies are planning for the future, and those that aren’t could be left behind when the economy eventually recovers. Interest in workforce planning concepts, processes and approaches have been on the rise as companies realize that they need to be more diligent in how they manage their workforce to achieve their long-term objectives.

To get you moving in the right direction, we’re hosting a series of strategic workforce planning workshops across the United States, kicking off with a full-day event in Chicago on Wednesday, May 13, 2009.
Less than two weeks remain to sign up, so go to http://www.i4cp.com/workshops to start moving your organization from reactive responses to proactive planning. We hope to see you in Chicago or one of the other cities on our tour in the near future.
