The first three speakers for i4cp 2014 have been announced: industry thought leaders John Boudreau, Marshall Goldsmith, and Elliott Masie.

John Boudreau

Marshall Goldsmith

Marshall Goldsmith is a thought leader and expert in leadership who is also a million-copy selling author or editor of 33 books, including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers, MOJO and What Got You Here Won't Get You There. Marshall just released a new book, Managers as Mentors: Building Partnerships for Learning, a hands-on guide that teaches leaders to be the kind of confident coaches integral to learning organizations.

Elliott Masie

Elliott Masie is an internationally recognized futurist, analyst, researcher and organizer on the critical topics of workforce learning, business collaboration and emerging technologies. Elliott is the CEO and Founder of The MASIE Center & MASIE Productions, the author of a dozen books, and the convener of Learning 2013 and Telework 2013.
