Tom Rath to Keynote at i4cp's 2014 Conference

Leading business thinker and New York Times bestselling author will present at i4cp 2014 - March 10 - 13, 2014.

The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), a research organization that focuses on the people practices that drive market performance, has just announced that Tom Rath will be presenting at one of the most important human capital events of the year, the i4cp 2014 Conference.

The New York Times bestselling author is getting ready to release his newest book, Eat Move Sleep, which reveals his greatest passion and expertise on strengths and well-being. The book, which bestselling author Daniel H. Pink called "a transformative work," marks the road towards a greater movement that encourages people and organizations to take a closer look at the positive outcomes of better health and wellness.

The i4cp 2014 Conference, taking place March 10-13, 2014, in Scottsdale, Arizona, looks at the people practices that drive market performance, and Tom's presentation will uncover the connection between employee wellbeing and organizational productivity and performance. Tom will present alongside renowned thought leaders John Boudreau, Marshall Goldsmith, Elliott Masie and David Rock. Additional speakers will be announced over the coming months.

"This idea of health and wellness is becoming more relevant from an organizational standpoint every day," said Tom. "I am really looking forward to sharing my research and concepts at the i4cp 2014 Conference with its forward-looking executive audience who are in the position to impact health and wellness programs in their organizations."

While the event is primarily for member organizations, a select number of seats are reserved for HR executives and other professionals not yet apart of the i4cp network. As always, to ensure open dialogue and collegial networking, the event is closed to vendors and consultants.
