i4cp to Launch Nova, the AI HR Assistant for High-Performance Organizations
i4cp, the leading authority on next practices in human capital, is putting its world-class research capabilities directly in the hands of its members.
Nova, an AI HR assistant will empower enterprise members to tap into i4cp’s premier database of next practices—human capital approaches that have a high correlation to market performance but that few companies have yet to put into effect—and proprietary research on high-performance organization research.
The AI assistant will serve as a key resource for HR leaders, their teams, and business professionals to make better talent decisions, quickly create business cases, and build more impactful people strategies. Further, it will not only connect decision makers with the most business-oriented human capital research available, but it will also integrate with the incredible insights and ideas shared and uncovered in the company’s thriving community.
