Marshall Goldsmith, ranked the world’s #1 executive coach and member of the Thinkers50 hall of fame, returns to the i4cp 2020 Next Practices Now Conference following a six-year hiatus.

Goldsmith has been repeatedly ranked among the top global business thinkers and is the only person to be honored twice by Thinkers50 as the #1 Leadership Thinker in the World. He is also a prolific, bestselling author and sought-after speaker.

His participation in i4cp’s annual conference, the #1-ranked human capital event for senior HR leaders, is especially timely in 2020. With greater emphasis than ever on the need for agile, cohesive, and purpose-driven corporate cultures and leaders who have the vision and foresight to build and sustain such cultures, his expertise and perspective is particularly important.

Goldsmith will address an exclusive gathering of nearly 500 senior HR leaders—conference attendance is closed to vendors and consultants—and join other previously announced speakers including:

  • Tom Rath, #1 New York Times Bestselling Author
  • Dave Ulrich, Author, Professor, and Management Coach
  • Kevin Johnson, CEO and Lucy Helm, CHRO—Starbucks
  • Wilson Jones, President and CEO, Oshkosh Corporation
  • Diane Gherson, CHRO, IBM
  • Kristen Ludgate, SVP of HR, 3M
  • Dean Carter, CHRO, Patagonia
  • Pamay Bassey, CLO, Kraft Heinz Company

Hosted at the AAA Five-Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess resort, the i4cp 2020 Next Practices Now Conference is consistently ranked among the best HR events each year because of its focus on next practices—cutting-edge approaches that impact market performance but that are not widely used—and its exclusive, collaborative environment.

Limited seats remain due to record-high registrations. Reserve your seat today and book your hotel immediately, as we expect rooms to fill up as early as next week.
