Survey - Workforce Policies in Times of Crises

Over the course of the past three-plus months, the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) has fielded weekly pulse surveys to gather insights that help our members navigate the many challenges of the current tumultuous climate.

This survey, Workforce Polices in Times of Crises, looked at:

• The impact of increasing numbers of new COVID-19 cases across the U.S. on return to the workplace decisions
• How organizations are addressing incidents of employees posting racist content on social media
• How leaders are performing in a virtual environment
