2021 Priorities & Predictions
If 2020 was about reacting to unplanned events that forced unanticipated business change, 2021 will be about the purposeful deconstruction of antiquated thinking, systems, policies and processes, and ways of working. This may be necessary to renovate the organization so that it has the capability, skillsets, and mindset to anticipate, adapt, and act on change as needed.
The key to effective renovation is understanding what to hold onto that made the organization what it is today, and systematically embracing necessary change to better compete in the future.
