Employing People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

We're celebrating our tenth year in partnership with Best Buddies International. In this session, David Quilleon, SVP Global Mission, State Development and Operations, Best Buddies and Joshua Felder, Global Ambassador, Best Buddies, and co-star of the movie Champions spotlight Best Buddies' mission to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. An estimated 81% of adults (18+) with developmental disabilities do not have a paid job in the community, yet i4cp's research shows that these people represent an untapped talent pool who can contribute to the workforce in a myriad of ways.
