Thank you for participating in the organizational action on racial equity survey. June is LGBTQIA+ Pride Month, and in the past 50 years since the Stonewall uprising, it has grown into a worldwide movement with an estimated 1,500 major Pride events held globally. It has also become a month when employers can show their support for the LGBTQIA community and especially their employees.

This year the global COVID-19 pandemic has brought large in-person gatherings to a halt in most regions and social and civil unrest following the death of George Floyd have brought Black Lives Matter to the forefront.

How are employers observing Pride Month in the current climate? Are steps being taken to ensure that Pride is not overshadowed by other social concerns?
