2024 has brought significant shifts for DE&I leaders and their teams. In this session we’ll pause to reflect on these changes, but more importantly, begin to unpack what it means for a successful 2025. Join us for a discussion focused on:

• Looking back: notable events from the last year, including legal updates and organizational shifts, and how they are shaping the current DE&I landscape
• Looking forward: What key questions should DE&I leaders be asking now to inform effective, business-aligned DE&I strategies in 2025? We’ll use these to inform our February discussion on aligning DE&I goals with business strategy.
• Next steps  what DE&I initiatives can we continue with right now to have the most meaningful impact? We’ll discuss ways to continue advancing equity, inclusion, and belonging in resilient, pragmatic ways.
