Sustainable DE&I: Aligning with Business Strategy - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Exchange

In this Exchange call we discussed top-of-mind concerns given recent executive orders from the Trump administration and revisited the questions shared by members in our December session.

We then took a deeper dive into current questions, sharing what members of the Exchange have been learning in their work to adapt to these changes, along with the collected learnings from our Chief Diversity Board, our Chief People Officer flash calls, and our Next Practices Weekly Forum. We also shared a substantial list of resources to help DE&I leaders navigate these changes.
