This dynamic session opened with key findings from i4cp’s 2025 Priorities & Predictions report, before we dove into critical topics such as the weaponization of DEI and ESG, strategies for effectively raising workplace concerns, fostering collaboration among corporate leaders, civil rights advocates, and the government, and driving systemic change to ensure inclusion. We also covered actionable practices to reenergize our commitments. This discussion featured an impactful fireside chat with Jenny Yang, currently an adjunct professor at NYU School of Law and formerly the Deputy Assistant to President Biden for Racial Justice and Equity, Director at the U.S. Department of Labor, and Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

This meeting also marked a significant transition for the CDO Board, as it was the final meeting with Jacqui Robertson, as chair and Corinne Abramson, as co-chair. They will take on the esteemed roles of chairs emeriti, continuing to bring their brilliance and expertise while remaining active participants with the i4cp CDO Board members.
