i4cp Future of Work Board Virtual Meeting - Activating the Future of Work in 2025

At our February virtual meeting, we will briefly conclude our discussion at the end of last year and shift focus to getting ready for 2025. 

Our overarching 2025 theme will be How Members can shape their organization’s FoW. We will aim to identify how best your organization can thrive with Augmented Intelligence, looking at and beyond artificial intelligence. We will do this by collectively reducing noise and co-creating, testing and collaborating about what matters most.

During this meeting, we will work with you to shape our approach to create high-value experiment experiences that are fully actionable by you and your team. Designing the right tools and methods are critical for success with executing and delivering results. We will gather Board member perspectives on what "great" experiments look like – such as augmenting agile leadership with tailored AI tools or enhancing team performance through team-based v-next learning practices – and what's needed for you to make it happen.
