Our latest workforce automation research has a ton of implication to Strategic Workforce Planning, especially around how organizations are examining the skills / capabilities of the future. Key Finding: The majority of Low Performing Organizations are ill prepared to handle their current capability gap (skills, knowledge, etc.) arising from automation and AI.
At our August meeting we discussed the latest i4cp data on this topic along with the following questions:
- What practices are organizations using to examine future capability gaps?
- How is your organization discussing workforce automation needs with the Executive Team?
- What forums?
- What data is being asked for / shared?
- Etc.
- What strategies / tactics are you considering funding to prepare the workforce of the future?
