Complimentary Knowledge Retention Webinar

Where has all the knowledge gone?

Do you know what knowledge is walking out the door or being lost in the recesses of your company? Over the next 10 years, a large percentage of the labor force will be eligible for retirement and companies will see a steady decline in the number of people in prime age groups available to fill leadership roles. Retaining this knowledge continues to be a key challenge for companies as they compete for talent and resources.

Knowledge Retention (KR) is a strategy and process for identifying, capturing and retaining knowledge, information, skills and relationships that are critical to the current and future performance of an organization. In this information-packed webinar, Dr. Mary Key, Leadership Pillar Director for i4cp, will provide an overview of KR and discuss some of i4cp's current related research on knowledge transfer, phased retirement and succession planning. There will also be a sneak preview of i4cp’s upcoming KR survey.

The webinar is complimentary to all attendees and will take place at 1pm EDT (10am PDT) on Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
