Webinar: The New HR Analytics with Jac Fitz-enz

In his award-winning book The ROI of Human Capital, Jac Fitz-enz presented a system of powerful metrics for quantifying the economic value of employee contributions to a company’s bottom line. In his long-awaited sequel, The New HR Analytics, he reveals how to predict the future value of these human capital investments. The book will be released in April 2010.

Be among the first to hear directly from Jac about how his proprietary analytic model is being used in industry and government to measure and evaluate past, current, and most importantly, future returns. Learn how to align human, structural and relational capital, plan for and develop capability and change expensive processes into corporate assets.

Jac Fitz-Enz is widely acknowledged as the father of human capital strategic analysis and measurement. As founder of Saratoga Institute, he developed the first international HR benchmarks. He was named by HR World as one of the Top 5 HR Management Gurus and cited by HR Magazine as one of 50 people in the last 50 years who have significantly changed the field of HR.
