Evidence-based HR (EBHR) is the next generation of human capital analytics. Many companies have yet to embrace the approach, but some leading organizations have. FedEx Ground, an i4cp member company, started looking into the benefits of EBHR more than six years ago, and completed their first EBHR analysis in 2007.
