The Strategic Workforce Planning Exchange meeting centered on a great learning opportunity with i4cp’s Jay Jamrog providing thought-provoking analysis of workforce planning – the outmoded ideas companies are discarding, how something as simple as the words we use influence the perception of workforce planning and its place in the organization, and what’s working for companies seeking early wins to establish planning on a firm footing.
