Ecolab's VP Global TA: Enhance the Candidate Experience

Cina Harbinson, VP of Global Talent Acquisition, is on a journey to enhance the candidate experience and create an internal talent marketplace at Ecolab. Retention has become especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic, when there is a limited supply of talent and employees have many opportunities. Ecolab is developing a talent marketplace to allow internal employees to move cross-functionally and learn what skills & competencies are needed for roles. 

Ecolab takes on some of the world's most meaningful challenges, delivering critical insights and innovative solutions to help customers achieve clean water, safe food, abundant energy and healthy environments.
