i4cp Chief Human Resources Officer Board In-Person Meeting - Adaptable and Aligned HR: CEO, CHRO, and Corporate Board Perspectives and Actions to Take
In this in-person session, we will focus on agile and adaptable HR, discussing topics such as skills/capability, strategy, and structure. We'll also explore what CEOs want from their CHRO.
Why This Meeting Will Matter To You:
When the CHRO Board answered i4cp’s 2025 Priorities survey, the most cited priority (by far) was ‘Ensuring the HR strategy is agile enough to stay tightly aligned with changes to the enterprise strategy’ and the top challenge this Board noted was ‘Ensuring that the function’s employees can adapt to the changing needs of the business’. This meeting will ensure you are better equipped for both.
What And Who You Will Experience:
- What CEOs and investors want and what it means for CHROs – Paul Keary (co-founder and CEO of Teneo – a global CEO advisory firm) will share insights and advice based on Teneo’s brand new 2025 CEO and Investor Outlook survey and Paul’s numerous conversations with top chief executives.
- The future of HR – Alan May (former Chief People Officer at HPE, 2015-24) will share his perspectives
- Reflections and calls to action – John Boudreau (global HR thought leader and esteemed author) will lead us in a reflective discussion and challenge us with thought-provoking questions as we enjoy snacks and libations outside, weather permitting.
- Open and uncensored discussion with your peers – We operate under Chatham House rules. As always, your questions and perspective will be encouraged and rewarded throughout the day. All of which will extend into our private (on property) Board dinner the evening of March 3rd.
