2025 Priorities & Predictions – Toronto CHRO Forum
2025 is already proving to be another fast-paced year, full of disruptions, challenges, and opportunities for HR and business leaders. Organizations that place the right bets—in the form of prioritization, investment, and time—will be well positioned to leapfrog the competition. Talent management, upskilling, culture, and the ability to operationalize AI will play crucial roles in separating high-performance organizations from the rest, complemented by massive external challenges including ongoing workforce divisiveness, global unrest, economic concerns, and of course challenges posed by a Trump-led U.S. administration.
Each year, i4cp gathers priorities and predictions about the coming year from our executive boards, representing heads of HR, talent & learning, talent acquisition, DEI, total rewards, people analytics, and the future of work.
In this session, the first Toronto CHRO Forum meeting of the year, i4cp Chief Research Officer Kevin Martin will dive into key themes from i4cp’s annual Priorities and Predictions report, which highlights the practices that differentiate high-performing organizations. You’ll hear:
- Opportunities for 2025: Four predictions every HR leader should know.
- Strategic focus areas: The top priorities for CHROs and HR teams.
- Future-proof strategies: Smarter ways to navigate workplace changes.
As a reminder, the Toronto CHRO Forum—co-hosted by i4cp and The Talent Group—is open exclusively to senior HR executives. To encourage open dialogue and collaboration, vendors and consultants are not permitted.
