i4cp Chief Human Resources Officer Board Virtual Meeting - Advancing DE&I Conversations & HR Dashboards

Our May virtual meeting will help members advance in 2 key areas:
1) DE&I Conversations: As CEOs continue to wrestle with the topic of DE&I and its role in today’s business, we will welcome world-renowned DEI expert and chair of i4cp's Chief Diversity Officer Board Rohini Anand for an interactive discussion.
2) HR Dashboard: This Board overwhelmingly seeks to share with each other more and to collaborate to create things they can bring back to their respective organizations. To that end, we will spend the second half of our meeting discussing board-level HR dashboards. Members are encouraged to provide unpopulated or anonymized board-level HR dashboards to make available for all our CHRO Board members.
