The Tri-State CHRO Forum is exclusively for CHROs local to New York, New Jersey and Conneticut to explore the state of culture in organizations today. This inaugural event will be hosted by Lisa Pariot, Chief People Officer of AXIS Capital, at their Midtown Manhattan office.

We’ll be joined by i4cp’s co-founder and author of Culture Renovation®, Kevin Oakes, to help launch this group and share recent research on the culture characteristics of high-performance organizations, and lead a discussion on how to future-proof your culture.
